GoodTask is a Mac utility that helps you keep track of your daily tasks and appointments. The application communicates well with Mac's Calendar and Reminders tools, provides you with a user-friendly interface, and brings you a comprehensive help manual.
Before using this program on your Mac you need to make a configuration in the System Preferences application. You will have to go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> Reminders and check the GoodTask box. Afterwards, you can start adding tasks to your to-do lists, setting reminders, etc.
The application also enables you to sort your reminders into groups, change due dates if necessary, duplicate task entries, and so much more. A great aspect is that you can print your task lists directly from the program's interface.
The only thing I'd change about this program would be to add the ability to link reminders to people. For example, it would be great if you'd be able to connect a task like "Send the weekly report" to "Jane" entry from your address book.
Other than that, there's nothing bad that can be said about this app. It works 100%, comes with a nicely-designed interface, and provides you with many useful features. Plus, it's affordable.
Add, edit, and modify events, reminders, tasks directly from your Mac menu.
