I have installed it in my Mac and it's way different. I am trying to create sub-folders in my Inbox but a right click doesn't show any option and there is no menu on the Top to select any properties. How to personalize the software? It was so easy on the PC version.

This is a syncing application which means that it retrieves the mail from the email service. If you can't find the option to create folders, I suggest you create the folders using the web version and perform the sync operation and the folders will appear in the client. Also, you can configure the applications using the menu found in the Finder bar which is constantly available. When you start the application, the Finder transforms itself into the menubar of the started application.
