There is no possibility to access an application if it has been removed from the App Store. I have checked various websites and they all said that the software has been removed from the only place available for downloading. Unfortunately, you won't have the possibility to download the application anymore. The fact that it doesn't appear for your country means that it has been completely removed from the store.
