Contact Organizer is intended to clean your address book of duplicate contact entries. Moreover, this tool can find any issues related to name formatting. The application is very easy to use as most of the operations are carried out with the help of a wizard.

The process starts by scanning your address book. It will not take long for the tool to display a list of the problems found. In this respect, there are several types of issues that the application can detect, including duplicate email IDs, duplicate contacts, duplicate addresses, duplicate phone numbers, unlisted businesses, blank nicknames and empty note fields. If you do not want to deal with all these categories, you can use the corresponding filters. Luckily, for each of the problems found, the application can suggest possible solutions as well as a preview of what the changes will look like. Similarly, if you are willing to take the risk, you can tell the tool to solve all the problem without your intervention. Fortunately, there is the possibility of saving a backup of your address book just in case anything goes wrong with the changes.

All in all, Contact Organizer can detect various types of issues with your address book. Regrettably, it seems not to synchronize entries with the built-in Contacts app as expected, which is a serious limitation. The product can be bought from the Mac App Store at a very low price.
