Call of Mini - Zombies is a very fun arcade shooter game for the Mac. It was first released for iOS devices and people loved it. Now, Mac users can finally play this game on the big screen.
It uses the third-person perspective and the controls used in first person and third person shooters. You move with the W, A, S and D keys and control the camera with your mouse. You fire with the left mouse button and cycle through your weapons with the 1, 2 and 3 keys. As you may have guessed from the name of the game, your goal is to prevent zombies from eating your brains. Instead of battling wave after wave of zombies, you fight them off one day at the time. In between days, you go back to the main menu, where you can choose what map you want to play next. You can also go to the store to buy weapons and other items with the money that you collect during the game. There are different weapons available that have different damage ratings. You can also buy medical packs to replenish your health after you have taken a few bites.
The maps are all 3D with nice, cartoony graphics. The level design is simple and there are plenty of locations where you can trap down zombies to kill them all together, which is the best way to go.
In conclusion, Call of Mini - Zombies is a very entertaining game that you can play alone or with friends. I am one of those people who will play and watch anything with zombies in it, and there are many people like me out there that will probably like this game. I would not pick this game over great zombie games like Black Ops, but for only $2.99, you will get a lot of fun from it.
