Dealing with multiple contacts spread in various cloud services and social networking accounts might prove to be quite troublesome, especially if you need to immediately find the phone number or email address of a certain client or co-worker.
The application allows you to import contact info from the Contacts app (Mac's default address book app), cloud service and social networking accounts, etc. You can also add new contact details within its interface.
A useful feature is the ability to filter the stored information according to your needs. You can also add tags to your contact details (for example, add the "Work" tag to a co-worker entry). In addition, the application comes with a built-in search tool that helps you immediately locate the contact info you need.
Another important advantage is that you can sync the stored information among various cloud services, like iCloud, Exchange, Google, and other CardDAV servers.
But, in my opinion, the most interesting feature is the fact that it helps you keep track of the activities that are being associated with the contacts within your address book. To be more exact, it will display everything from calendar events, notes, and emails that were shared with the selected contact.
To be honest, BusyContacts is the best address book tool I used so far on my Mac. It's feature-rich, works flawlessly, and comes with a reasonable price.
