Booklet Creator has a sole purpose: convert standard documents into booklets, which you can easily print. It does so by rearranging the pages in such a way that, after printing, they can be folded to form a booklet. The program’s graphic user interface is composed of practically a single window, in which you can select various options to customize the output booklet.
The process starts when you select the PDF files to convert. Luckily, it lets you load various source files. Besides, you can pick the desired page range from each of them. It is also possible to let the program automatically calculate the paper size or use customized values instead. Likewise, you can set the number of pages per booklet. The tool also lets you add page numbers. It is good that it supports both left-to-right and right-to-left languages. Once you are done configuring, you can set the target location and name. Fortunately, the creation process is almost instantaneous.
The program has a few drawbacks. First, it does not support any document format other than PDF. Moreover, even if it is a PDF, there are a few conditions that the file should comply with: it cannot be in portrait mode or protected with a password.
In short, there is probably no other way as expeditious and easy to create a booklet than using this program. Fortunately, it is shareware and can be tried without feature limitations for a few days.
