Fixed - Fixed error handling in color sorting code that could cause a crash when scanning app icons (usually at startup)

Changed - Rescan All Apps will now force a reload of all app icons instead of reusing existing icons. This can be used to fix an application icon that becomes generic after that application updates itself (using Sparkle or another built-in mechanism).
