Amacsoft MOBI to ePub for Mac is an e-book conversion tool. These days, e-books are becoming more and more popular. The only problem is that there are many platforms available for the purchase and distribution of e-books and each one of them uses a different format. MOBI is the format used by Amazon Kindle and ePub is the format preferred by Apple. This converter lets you load your Kindle MOBI files and convert them so that you can read them on your iOS devices using the iBooks application.
The process really couldn't be any simpler. All you have to is load the file that you want to convert and specify where you want to save the converted file. The application takes care of the rest for you. You can then load the ePub file into iTunes and sync your device to read the e-book. That is what I did to test the application, and the results were great. The book was displayed just fine in iBooks. The text was editable, and I could use all the iBook features with my converted e-book.
This application isn't precisely cheap, but if you have a lot of books to convert, then you will be saving quite a lot of money. It is cheaper to convert your books than to buy them again. You can load an entire folder of MOBI files and this converter will process them all for you quite fast.
