No. This product, like the name suggests, is an application that monitors your processor activity, how your memory is being used, but it doesn't monitor your network activity or your bandwidth usage. For this, I suggest you have a look at Net Monitor.
Unfortunately, with this application you can't download videos from the Internet. This application can only help you monitor your processes activity. Therefore, if you want a tool that helps you download videos from the Internet, I recommend you to search on Mac Informer application's page tools with these features.
