2x2 is a challenging game in which you need to solve a multiplication puzzle which has letters instead of digits. The faster you solve the puzzle and the fewer errors you make, the higher your score will be. When you have figured some of the numbers, you can click on a letter and then on the corresponding number to replace it. If the number is correct, you can proceed, but if you have made a mistake, an error will be added below the timer and the letter will not be replaced by the number. On the right side of the application, you can type in notes if needed.

Unfortunately, there's no help whatsoever, so I wouldn't recommend it for beginners or for people who don't like math challenges. It would be great if the game also included puzzles with other operations, not only multiplication, and if it included different skill levels to choose from. The game offers very simple graphics, no sounds and no music, which is really a shame. Another disadvantage is that the the games cannot be saved.
