Tipard TS Converter for Mac is a video conversion tool that allows you to convert your .TS files into more usable formats like MPEG-4, H.264, MOV, DivX, MKV and a host of other formats. TS files are often uncompressed, so when you convert them to other formats, you are both making the file playable on devices that don't support the format and also compressing it.

In my testing, I opened a sample .TS file that I downloaded from the Internet and converted it into an iPad conversion profile that used the H.264 codec. The process was smooth and the resulting file turned out to be quite good. I didn't notice any problems with video or audio playback.
