Zingg! is a Contextual Menu that lists all applications that claim to open a given file. You can also configure Zingg! to always include or exclude certain applications. Classic applications can receive special handling. Zingg! offers much more functionality than the Finder's "Open With" menu, allowing you to open more than one item or folders, and to restrict which applications appear in the menu.
What's new in this version:
Version 1.4.1 fixes a crashing bug which happened under unusual circumstances - unusual in my testing, that is.There's a new setting to toggle the menu between names and paths with the "option" key. Pressing "Caps Lock" before pulling down the menu still works as before.Application names can now start with '-' or any other menu metacharacter without messing up the menu.
