Zenmap

Zenmap is an application that lets users manage networks, track internet traffic, or perform other related tasks.

Also, if, at any point, you feel overwhelmed and have issues with the program's functionalities, you can always consult its documentation.

In conclusion, Zenmap is a network monitoring tool that allows regular users to perform advanced networking activities with ease. It's free, consumes a low amount of system resources, and you should definitely try it.
