zClock

zClock is a desktop topmost clock, countdown, and net speed monitor. This app provides a simple desktop clock, which can run on all other full screen app, to remind you the time.

Also a simple countdown is provided which you can use it on Keynote or other apps. Furthermore, the tool shows the Internet speed.
