Xprop

Exclude @property and @synthesize document items from the navigator menu.

Xprop is a free and open-source plugin for Xcode 4 that will exclude @property and @synthesize document items from the navigator menu.

To activate Xprop, you just need to click on the View > Standard Editor > Hide Properties from Document Items options after installing the plug-in.
