Wunderlist is an incredibly awesome task manager service. It allows you to create task lists and then access them from a variety of devices.
wunderlist for Mac is an exquisite app. It has a very detailed interface that looks awesome. The developers of this app really wanted to make it easy to use. When you first launch it, you will see a bunch of tasks that are already added to your lnbox. These show the main keyboard shortcuts that you can use within the application and give you various tips. You can delete them to start with your own list.
It is incredibly easy to add new tasks and clear those that have already been done. You can add them by typing them into the add task field and you edit them by double-clicking on them. When you put your mouse pointer over one of your tasks, three buttons will appear that let you delete the task, add a note, or add a due date. You can easily see the tasks that are due today, tomorrow, in the next 7 days, later or those without a date, by selecting those buttons at the bottom of the screen.
In short, wunderlist is a great way of keeping your To-Do's synced in a central location, which you can access from any web-enabled computer or your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. It looks great and it works like a charm. Did I mention that it is free?
Pros
- List synchronization
- Task updating
- Central location selection
- Access your lists from your Mac
Cons
- May fail to save changes on the list
Hate it! In addition to the technical issues ( i.e., constantly shutting down when in use), your list is made available to the public. Not something I would like to share with the world as owner of a firm.
i'm an incredibly messy person, there are always lots of some pieces of paper on my working table, tens of tags on my desktop etc. i need a task manager really bad, and this one is a nice choice. I can't say it's any better than other task managers i used, haven't noticed much difference, but it's freeware.
