Wondershare AllMyMusic is an application that lets you record audio from any online radio station or streaming video. This includes YouTube.com, Vimeo or any other website that plays audio. To start a recording, you have to find the source on your web browser. In my testing, I used a YouTube video. If you are looking at AllMyMusic when the video is playing, you will see that there is a volume indicator on the top. When you see movement there, you know that the application can record what you are listening. You start the recording by clicking on the "Record" button on the left-hand side. When audio is being recorded, you will see music notes around the microphone on the center of the screen. All your recordings will be saved into a library, where you can access them later. The audio that I recorded using this app sounded just as good as the original. One thing that I noted is that Wondershare AllMyMusic blocks your Mac's volume control. I suppose this is because your Mac plays a sound when you change the volume, and that would be recorded as well. So make sure to set your volume to the level that you want before starting your recordings.
In your library, you can identify the music that you recorded. This feature probably won't work with every single recording that you make, but if you are recording popular songs or soundtracks, it will most likely work. It worked for me two times that I tested this feature.
