Witgui is a user interface for wit, a command-line conversion tool for Wii games, written for Mac OS X and available for free.
For most users, converting from .iso to .wbfs is the most important thing. Today many USB Loaders are able to load .wbfs files from a FAT partition rather than a WBFS formatted partition. Having all your Wii games saved on a FAT partition is much more comfortable: game loading is as fast as on a WBFS partition and if you want to store other files on your external USB drive you can without worrying about partition resizing and so on.
