White Noise is a program that comes in handy when you're having problems falling asleep or concentrating on your work.

This application lets you choose between various ambient sounds, combine them however you like, and mark the ones you love the most as favorites for easier access.

Some people find it difficult to work on their assignments when they're in a silent environment. Other Mac users might want to cover the noises around them by playing relaxing music or nature sounds. In both cases, White Noise might prove to be a smart solution.

The app comes with an integrated audio player and a bar to adjust the sound volume. You can play any of the offered ambient sounds, create playlists, and even mix them together.

Personally, I think all ambient sounds are very relaxing and suitable for a work environment. I especially liked the Cat Purring and Rain Storm samples.

Other than that, not much more can be said about this application. This program offers you many ambient sounds, is very simple to handle, and comes with a very reasonable price.
