Wheel2CSV

Wheel2CSV is used to organize data from the Lafayette running wheels. Data as produced by the system is arranged into blocks by timestamp, so that each type of data only appears on every 5th line.

This script rearranges the data into four blocks, sorted across by subject ID and down by time, with the date and timestamp as the first two columns.
