I have tried VLC, WMP but they are not good ones. Macgo Blu-ray player displays me a Blu-ray menu on Mac, but no for Windows. Any others?

A navigation menu is available only for a standard Blu-ray or DVD. You won't see a navigation menu for usual movies. The players you have mentioned, have support for navigation menus if you load a DVD or a Blu-ray disc. The Macgo Blu-ray player is from the same category as well.
