Vista Clock is a replacement clock for your Mac's menubar. The default clock that comes with your Mac is good enough if you simply want to know what time it is.
Vista Clock is very customizable. You can change the way the time is displayed, you can change the analog clock in the calendar window and you can add more clocks to the calendar view. This is useful if you want to add a clock that tells you what time it is in another part of the world.
In short, honestly, Vista Clock is a much better clock than the stock one if what you want is customization options, a calendar and multiple clocks.
Pros
- Different analog clocks to choose from
- Calendar
- Customizable
Cons
- It would be great if you could see at least some info about events on the calendar

I see the same issues as the previous commentator.I can live with the blurry text (which appears to be caused by the addition of drop shadows) but changed menu-bar placement is making me crazy... VistaClock is now always the leftmost menu-bar item for me, causing it to disappear frequently due to space issues.VistaClock is a replacement/improvement of the system clock; if it can't be placed where the system clock normally sits, it's failing...
On my MBP running 10.9 the calendar looks like it is out of focus and the menu clock no longer loads in the same space as the original menu clock -- it loads to the left of other menu bar items - not good!!
