Most crashes are caused by the improper settings in the virtual machine you have created. These are usually called hardware conflicts. The best way is to check the settings of the virtual machine you created. VirtualBox should warn you through a red text displayed on the Settings page if something doesn’t work right. Additionally, check if the Virtualization option is enabled in the BIOS of your motherboard.
