When you get a new map, texture, etc from UT 2004, it saves it to its cache. Sometimes though it is nice to be able to play these via instant action, or to use them in your own server, so this gives you a list of everything in the cache, and then renames and places them properly where they belong.
Note this REQUIRES that UT 2004 be on any volume, so long as there is an Applications folder in the root of that volume, and that UT 2004 is placed in there with the name Unreal Tournament 2004
