U2Any Disk Cleaner Pro is a system utility that lets you find large files that you may want to delete to reclaim some hard drive space. You can choose the folder that you want to scan, and as soon as the scan results are ready, you will see a graphical representation of all the space used in that folder. It is basically a very complex and interactive pie chart. You can hover your mouse pointer over the graph to see what file each part represents. When you do that, a pane on the right part of the screen will show the total space used by that file and its full name. The application allows you to delete files without having to even open Finder. To do this, you can simply drag and drop the parts of the graph to a trash bin at the bottom of the window. All the files that you drag there will be completely deleted when you click on the "Delete" button. It should be noted that the files are not sent to the Trash, so you won't be able to undo this operation.
U2Any Disk Cleaner has a "lite" version that you can download to test the application, but it has some limitations. The most important one is that it won't let you scan any folder that you want. You will only be able to scan four folders: Movies, Music, Pictures and Downloads. It will also display an ad for 20 seconds before it shows you scan results. Despite these limitations, the app should be enough to determine whether you want to buy it or not.
