Tweet Batch allows the user to specify Twitter Account, Time, Location and Location Accuracy for each Tweet.

Tweets can be composed offline.Multiple Twitter accounts are allowed. Tweets can also be composed offline. The user's computer serves to distribute tweets as requested.
