How do I back up and restore? I've lost all my work in TurboTax! I understand it is all "in there" if I can just go to "backup & restore". Can you help me?

If you are using the online version of the program, all your files are backed up to the cloud service and you can access them via My Account at CRA. If you used the PC version, it seems that it was your responsibility to back up the TT12 files from your hard drive. If you still have them, you can simply install the program and access them. If not, there is nothing that you can do to recover them.
