TunesBar+ is a remote control for iTunes that sits on your menu bar giving you a quick look at what track, artist, and album is currently playing in iTunes.

Using the drop-down window, you can play/pause, skip tracks, skip to other tracks in the same album, and control the volume of iTunes.
