TryC is a very easy-to-use Mac application that was developed with the sole purpose of helping you to write small programs using the C programming language. This small tool can be quite useful, especially if you are a C beginner and you don't want to use complicated pieces of software for writing your code.

After launching the TryC, you will be greeted by the simple and intuitive interface that this application comes with, from where you can start writing your code. A nice thing about this tool is that it provides you with standard program templates so that you can focus only on writing your actual program.

Once you have finished writing your code, TryC will help you to compile and run it with just a click of a mouse. You can either compile your source code and run it from within this application or you can choose to compile and run it in Terminal.

Other than that, TryC comes with a fully customizable toolbar where you can place various functions that might help you during your work and you can also select any desired color for the syntax highlighting for a better view of your code.

To sum it all up, TryC is a freeware Mac application that is definitely worth trying if you are a C beginner and you want to quickly write, compile and execute small programs.
