True Detective Solitaire is an entertaining card game that provides you with dozens of challenging levels and a fun way to spend your spare time. You play as a determined detective whose objective is to investigate and solve various crimes within your town.
Learning how to play this game is very simple. Similar to bowling game rules, a match consists of 10 rounds each, with two opportunities of scoring points. Your goal is to remove the golden cards from the board by forming groups of others in ascending or descending order (for instance, match 5 with 6, then 7, then 6 again). If you can't find a correct card move, you can draw more from the deck located at the bottom of the screen.
The connection between the card games and the plot is that by completing a challenge you unlock a new clue for your case.
Personally, I find this type of Solitaire game very addictive as well as challenging. I would replay a level until I reach the maximum amount of points.
Another great thing about this app is that it provides you with various power-ups which you can use when you can find a suitable card move (shuffle cards, undo card move, and remove a given card). You can also use the points you accumulated during the gameplay to acquire more power-ups from the Shop window.
Cutting a long story short, True Detective Solitaire is a fun and addictive card game for users of all ages. And even though you need to make an in-app purchase to unlock all challenges, I still think it's worth installing and playing it on your Mac.
