Toggle Function Keys allows you to switch the mode of your Function Keys. The app is a modified version of an AppleScript updated to support OS X 10.6 and to put up a Growl notification with the new status.

Quickly toggle function keys on newer Macs between standard PC "F1, F2" mode and the hardware/media controls pictured on them.
