This app's objective is, as its name clearly suggests, to help you manage to-do lists. The program might prove to be of good use when you're having a very busy day and you need to be constantly reminded of the tasks you need to complete before they meet their deadlines.
You can create as many to-do lists as you require (for work or personal chores), customize their appearance according to your requirements, and set sound reminders for the tasks that matter the most to you. I like that you can always back up or export these lists in case you need them later.
This program also puts an icon on your Menu Bar from where you can control the way it operates, get direct access to To-do Lists support team, hide or show notes' windows, etc.
Another good aspect is that you can sync the entered notes via Dropbox account or iCal application (default calendar app for Mac). This feature might prove to be of good use when you need to access to-do lists when you're away from your Mac.
As a conclusion, I'd say it's worth buying and installing the Mac application. To-do Lists is very simple to handle, offers you plenty of useful features, and comes with a reasonable price.
