Access a conversion utility for Mac documents. Transform the detected and intact PDF files into DOC and RTX without losing any formatting, editing, and structuring of the original content. Configure the work of the built-in OCR scanner to capture texts from image PDFs.
Tipard PDF to Word Converter for Mac is an application for users who wish to extract the text content and images from PDFs. You can choose between two conversion profiles (DOCX and RTF), easily configure the output settings, and load multiple PDF documents for being processed at the same time.
After you select the PDFs you wish to convert, the app lets you choose the proper page range, conversion mode (Accuracy, Balanced, and Speed), and the languages for recognition in OCR (Optical Character Recognition).
This conversion tool supports batch processing. This means that you can select as many input files as you want. Furthermore, you can choose individual output settings/profiles when batch converting.
Still, the program might take a while to offer you the results you need. Another thing I noticed while testing this app was that it occasionally fails to preserve the layout of the input files.
I'd say you can easily find better solutions for converting PDF files to DOCX or RTF formats. In my opinion, the aforementioned flaws matter a lot and since you need to pay to use this tool, it's not worth buying it for your Mac.
