If you have always been dissatisfied with it, then you should now try TinyDateTime. The program informs you with a small icon about the day and time. The information is displayed extra in a small font to save you space in your menu bar.
In addition, TinyDateTime provides quick access to a monthly calendar including the week of year. The current day is marked in color for quick orientation.
For your convenience TinyDateTime shows you the current timezone name with an UTC offset and the city.
The time and date settings of the system can be conveniently accessed directly in TinyDateTime.
