Theme Installer Builder is the latest addition to the software from theAppleGeek software.
The custom installers you can make have a beautiful interface, can include read me's, custom backgrounds, and even open a url of your choice when it's completed. You can see what the installer interface looks like here: tib_fileinfo.png. Keep in mind that the background you see is the default installer background, no pinstripes!
