TFMonitor is a monitoring tool for temperatures and fan speeds of Mac. This software is freely available but you can’t distribute it without permission.

TFMonitor application will show up on your desktop. Move it into your appropriate folder. Double click it to run. Then the temperatures and fan speeds are updated every 3 seconds.
