Text2Store is a Mac utility that enables you to back up your iPhone messages to your local directories. This program might prove to be of good use if you want to keep copies of your conversations on your computer or export them to various popular formats.

The app's interface is nicely-designed and very intuitive. All you need to do is to import an iTunes backup file from your Mac (you can find instructions on how to create the files on the homepage of the developer) and the program will immediately display all of your conversations.

A great thing is that you can export entire conversations to your local folders. The app lets you save your messages as PDF, CSV or TXT files and print them directly from its interface. Furthermore, you can use the built-in search tool to quickly locate a certain keyword in the list of imported conversations.

Personally, I'd like to be able to import the messages directly from the iOS device and not from an iTunes backup file. It would be a lot quicker and easier, especially if you don't have an iTunes backup file on your Mac.

Still, this program provides you with a simple way to view, export, and print the messages from your iTunes backup files. It also brings you an efficient search tool, allows you to export the images that are attached to your iPhone messages, and immediately prints the conversations you need, without slowing down your Mac in the process. So, it's definitely worth giving Text2Store a try.
