The Teabox sensor interface samples sensor data, and sends the sensor data multiplexed over a digital audio cable to a host computer.
Software to demux the signal and use the sensor data is provided for several environments:

PureData -- objects originally written by Olaf Matthes
Relay MIDI messages sent from TouchOSC over WiFi to any MIDI-capable application
