TableToTree

TableToTree is a simple tool designed to solve a common data workflow problem: You have a spreadsheet of data and you need to convert it to an XML file for use with some computer program — perhaps an interactive you are building in Adobe Flash.

Although Excel does support XML export, the format is bloated, and the resulting XML data is still basically a spreadsheet: a collection of columns and rows.
