My System Preferences is not responding. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, go to Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility and run the Repair Disk Permissions service. After that, reboot your computer. If it doesn't work, navigate to Computer > Library locate the com.apple.desktop.plist file and delete it. For further details, check the Apple forum.

I can't set the date and time in my MacBook. Can you help?

In order to set your date and time on your MacBook, open System Preferences and click the Date & Time option below System menu. Set the correct date using the Calendar option and the correct time using the Clock. After that, click Save and press the Time Zone tab. Select your current location and then press the Clock option to set the time and date format.
