Stock Menulet is a menu bar app that monitors stock prices and news. Its focus on news and commentary distinguishes Stock Menulet from any other stock ticker.
The font color indicates whether a price is increasing (green) or decreasing (red). Any number of stocks can be monitored, and all prices and relevant news items are displayed together in a drop-down menu.
We created this simple application after an exhaustive search failed to turn up a program we liked. It is dead simple to use: (i) download, (ii) run, (iii) click to change or add ticker symbols. The application monitors the rate of price change and alters its update frequency accordingly, so you don't miss a beat.
