SpexWorld! House is a nice program that allows you to become an architect and design houses from scratch. You can select any of the available floor plans and later adapt them to your liking. You can also furnish and equip your house and calculate the total expenses. The options for houses are simple, and don't include houses with two floors or more intricate things. There are lots of things to equip your house with different prices ranges. There are multiple views of the house and you can zoom in and out, and rotate it according to your wishes.
Unfortunately, the trial version will only allow you to use the program for a couple of minutes, so you can have an idea of what it is about. All the designs can be saved and you can also print them to take them wherever you go. The program features a colorful and attractive user interface which kids will love.
