SpeakToMe

SpeakToMe says what you enter. It uses the speech synthesis of OS X 10.7 with 79 different voices in different languages.

You may choose the language using the drop down on the left. Function - speak in 79 different voices in different languages - Export what you say to AIFF to edit it further on
Attention: To use languages other than English on OS X 10.7, please install new packages from System Preferences -> Speech -> Text to Speech -> System Voice -> Customize.
