Softmatic DockClock is, as its name says, a clock application that sits on your dock and shows the current time. Since Mac OS no longer offers you this feature by default, this program comes as a solution for the lack of this component which was important to many users.

You can configure the app to display an hour and minute according to your timezone, choose from four types of clocks (black/white digital or analog clock), and hide or display the seconds' time hand. All these changes can easily be made from the Preferences menu (from the Menu Bar).

An advantage of Softmatic DockClock is that you can configure the app to play a sound at every 15, 30 or 60 minutes.

The only thing I don't like about this dock application is that it offers a small number of interface configurations. For instance, you can't change the app's display into a more colorful one (it comes only in black or white) and the app doesn't allow you to change the size of the clock.

To conclude, Softmatic DockClock is a handy program for Mac that shows the current time on your dock. The app is very simple to use, can be configured to display the time according to your timezone, and is free of charge.
