SmartSleep is a nice app for users of Mac notebooks. It allows you to control the different states of sleep that your Mac can go into, and it allows you to quickly hibernate your Macbook and then go back to it the way you left it.
Unfortunately, in my testing, I wasn't able to get SmartSleep to work. When I launched, and then updated the application, all the options in the Preferences window were disabled. I couldn't do anything. I saw the menus in the MenuBar, but all I could do from there was send my Mac to the various sleep states available. I saw no button to check the Insomnia feature. I was really bummed when this didn't work, because I was really looking forward to using this app.
