Smart Educational Games for Mac

SmartGames includes a series of educational games that are divided by categories, including Earth, Math, Memory, and Puzzle.

In the memory game you will have to uncover all the identical pairs in order to win the game. In the Math game, you can select the operations to practice (+, -, / and x). The game consists in shooting at the alien ship that shows the correct operation as fast as you can before the ships reach the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately, there is no mode to practice all the operations together, which would be even more challenging. In the Puzzle mode, you will have to slide the puzzle pieces until you form the image. Finally, in Earth mode you will test your world geography knowledge and you will be asked to find countries/states and capital cities in any of the continents. The game offers two modes (adults and kids), but there are no hints or help. The scores are separated by game, but you only will be able to upload yours if you register the program. In short, even though the program includes four games to play, I wouldn't suggest buying it because you can find similar games for free. Anyway, you can play the demo for as long as you want because it has no time limitations.
