SimpleMind Desktop for Mac OSX is a great Mind Mapper with focus on simplicity and ease of use.
SimpleMind for OSX is Page oriented, which means that you can change the page size and orientation and assigning a default for new Mind Maps. The Mind Map editor show the page margins as dashed lines. You can manually drag Topics in the margin area, but the auto-layouter will not place Topics in the margin areas. To change margins, use the SimpleMind tab on the Page Setup panel.
Custom colors are available per Topic, either from the style palette or from the Color panel. Color customizations can be reset using the "Reset customization" command.
