Ratings and Reviews
No CNAME???
As the title says, there is no CNAME capabilities. So you are stuck with shortmenu branded short links. I will change my review if they ever add CNAME.
Broken Links and Communication
I tried to contact to Short Menu but no one seemed to reply, probably due to the broken links leading to broken mail system. Plus, when I tried to recover the original links from the shortened. Some links are too long and they were not fully shown or an option to copy the original link. Very lame and disappointed!!!

With our 5.0 update, the issue you encountered where original links couldn't be accessed is resolved as well.

More fine-tuned preferences needed
Great tool, but it really needs more fine-tuned preferences in terms of when it shortens an URL. Right now it shortens URLs that are already shorter than the version it converts to... and no way to turn this off as far as I can see.
