SESAP 14 consists of 655 newly constructed, problem-based multiple choice questions.
SESAP 14 includes a totally redesigned self-assessment and learning model for continuing medical education (CME) credit that will help ensure mastery of critical content. Participants enrolled for CME credit will complete a process of self-assessment and review, followed by a CME test to show mastery of the content. In order to obtain CME credits, 80% of the questions must be answered correctly. Additional review is offered until a score of 80% is achieved. After all categories are completed successfully, the results are submitted using the Internet to the ACS. A total of 70 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ can be earned by completing all the categories, more than with past SESAP editions.
